Privacy Policy
BetBudget stores household expenses, budgets, savings goals, and optional household-member names on the phone. Version 1 does not require an account. It does not upload those financial records to Cloudflare or to any other server.
When featured services are visible, the app requests the public file data/featured_services.json from this website. That request does not include expenses, budgets, names, or other household records. The app may also download a card image from an HTTPS address listed in that file. A card opens an external site or app only after a person taps it. BetBudget does not control those destinations.
A backup file is created only when someone asks for one. The file is not encrypted. Anyone who can open it can read the records inside. Restoring a backup replaces the records stored in the app. A CSV export is also created only on request and stays on the device until the person shares it.
BetBudget does not include advertising or a hidden tracker. Internet access is used to refresh featured services and to open links a person taps. Android automatic backup of the app is turned off. A phone’s own operating-system backup may still include app files if the phone owner has enabled that backup.
